1. Information we collect
When you apply to join Amateta United FC we collect the personal and football information you provide on the application form, together with any documents you upload. If you create an account we also store your email address and an encrypted version of your password.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to assess your application, to manage your participation in trials, training and matches, to contact you about club matters, and to meet the registration requirements of the competitions we take part in.
3. What we never publish
We do not publish national ID or passport numbers, residential addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, guardian contact details, medical information or any document you upload. Public player profiles are only published when a player has been explicitly opted in by the club administration, and show only name, photograph, squad number, position, team, nationality and football statistics.
4. Documents and storage
Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web folder and can only be retrieved by authorised staff through an authenticated download route.
5. Minors
Applications from players under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Guardian contact details are treated as strictly private.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your application to be withdrawn and your data deleted. Contact us to make a request.
